Having made a name for itself as an authentic New York institution, Wolfgang’s Steakhouse Singapore has revealed a vibrant brunch menu inspired by the city where it all began. The new menu will be available every Saturday and Sunday from 11:00am – 4:30pm and features a variety of classic brunch staples and steakhouse favorites. Situated in the trendy Quayside neighborhood, the riverside restaurant is an ideal spot to relax and unwind throughout the weekend.
Bringing New York’s famed brunch culture to Singapore, Wolfgang’s Steakhouse pays tribute to the classic American hospitality, with a warm atmosphere and unparalleled service. The brunch menu features classic staples such as Eggs Benedict With Smoked Salmon (SGD $24) – English Muffin, Poached eggs, Smoked Salmon served with Hollandaise Sauce – and Buttermilk Pancakes (SGD $18) – served with maple syrup and fresh fruits.
Simpler options include a quintessential Bagel (SGD $22) – served with Smoked Salmon, Creamed Cheese, Capers and Shallot, whilst those looking for a heartier dish can opt for Wolfgang’s Eggs Benedict with Petit Filet Mignon (SGD $30) – USDA prime Petit Filet Mignon served over an English Muffin with Poached Eggs and Hollandaise Sauce – and Steak and Eggs (SGD $45) – Dry Aged New York Striploin with choice of Sunny Side Up or Scrambled Eggs.
Brunch is not complete without some refreshing cocktails to kick start the day. Just in time for summer, Wolfgang’s Steakhouse Singapore have introduced their twist on classic summertime drink, the Aperol Spritz ($18++) along with classic brunch staple the Bellini (SGD $18++), which is available in peach, strawberry or mango flavors. Wolfgang’s Steakhouse is also offering one their specialty cocktails, Morning Glory (SGD $22++) – Infused Chili Vodka, Lime, Mustard – and Sangria (SGD $22++) with either red or white wine. Classic brunch staples such as Champagne, Mimosas and Bloody Mary’s are also available. The restaurant’s main a la carte menu is available alongside the brunch menu and features the prime USDA Black Angus meat that the institution has become famed for. The meat is dry-aged in an onsite proprietary designed aging room for 28 days. In addition to the full a la carte menu, the extensive wine list is available with over three hundred varieties. The solid walnut floors, luxurious mahogany bar, sleek chandeliers and mosaic-tiled details of the interior of Wolfgang’s Steakhouse Singapore combine to create an elevated dining atmosphere, well suited to an elegant New York City-style brunch.
Wolfgang’s Steakhouse Singapore is open from 11.30am to 11.30pm on Monday – Friday and 11:00am to 11:30pm on Saturday and Sunday., The restaurant offers lunch, happy hour and dinner daily. The brunch menu will be available every Saturday and Sunday from 11am-4:30pm.
